Any user who purchases one of the packages offered on our "website" has the option of requesting a refund of the amount. Our return policy is 15 calendar days after the purchase is made and during this period the user may claim a refund of the amount of the package. However, the user understands and accepts that he will not be able to request a refund of the amount, even within the term set forth above, when the event is 7 calendar days from being held.

For these purposes, the user must write to the "Panama Submarino Team" at customers@panamasubmaino.com  explaining the reasons why they want the refund before 30 calendar days from the purchase of the package. After said period, it will not be possible to demand a return.
